Our Rapid Assessment takes about 30 days. A Detailed Analysis runs 60-75 days.
A Comprehensive Deep Dive takes approximately 90 days. Implementation support
varies based on project scope.
What size cities do you work with?
We primarily work with mid-sized and large municipalities, typically with
populations of 50,000 or more. We also work with counties, regional authorities,
and state agencies.
Do you require a formal RFP process?
We work within your procurement requirements. Many engagements fall under
professional services thresholds. We can help you structure the engagement
to meet your specific procurement needs.
Are you vendor-neutral?
Yes. We don't sell products, take referral fees, or have partnership agreements
with vendors. Our recommendations are based solely on what's best for your city.
What do we need to prepare before you start?
We'll provide a detailed list of documentation and access requirements during
scoping. Typically this includes network diagrams, asset inventories, vendor
contracts, and organizational charts. We make data collection as easy as possible.
How do you handle sensitive information?
We take security seriously. We sign NDAs, follow strict data handling procedures,
and limit access to only those team members who need it. All findings and
deliverables remain your property.
Can you help with implementation?
Yes. While our core services focus on assessment and planning, we offer optional
implementation support including project management, vendor oversight, and
staff training.
What's your geographic coverage?
We serve municipalities nationwide. While we're based in Buffalo, New York,
we work with cities across the country. Most of our work can be conducted
remotely, with on-site visits as needed.
